PLEASE DISREGARD THE DATE SHOWN BY YOUR ORDER STATUS. THE CORRECT EFFECTIVE DATE IS MAY 2, 2006!
Please refer to your Order Confirmation Letter. Under the second paragraph you will find your Order Confirmation Number. It should look something like:
2004-999:Z-1234
User ID : Password
To follow the progress of your order through our manufacturing process simply <CLICK> on the "ORDER STATUS LIST" link below. Then, enter your Job Number (which is the 8 characters to the left of the colon) as your User ID and your Customer Number (which is the 6 characters to the right of the colon) as your Password. Your Password is "Case Sensitive" & don't forget the dashes!
KEY TO ORDER STATUS PAGE FIELDS:
FRAME UP "YES" Your new Awning's Frame has been installed at you premises.
FABRIC IN "YES" The Fabric we specially ordered for your Awning has been received.
FABRIC CUT "YES" The Fabric has been "patterned" and cut out.

We are often asked how frequently we update Order Status information. Our management staff meets once each week (generally on Mondays) to review what we have accomplished the previous week and to plan the upcoming week's work. The Web Site Order Status information is generally updated after that meeting.
