Cleaning and Repairs
Our Repair Process

We want your awnings to look their best when we put them up in the Spring. We will remove your awning(s) from storage, open it up and Inspect it for weak seams and holes (cost of an inspection noted in our service contract). During an Inspection we may not find all defective areas of your Awning(s).  Once it is Inspected, and the amount of work is under a total of two hours ($160.00 plus sales tax) we will go ahead and do the necessary repairs to your awning.  You will be billed for the Inspection and at the shop rate for the work upon completion.

If the total cost of Repairs is more than two hours ($160.00 plus sales tax), or your awning(s) need(s) cleaning before it is Inspected we will contact you for further authorization before we begin.  We cannot repair dirty Awning(s).  It will destroy our sewing machines. If we Inspect your awning(s) and find they are beyond Repair.  We will contact you with a price to make a new fabric cover.

Our Cleaning Process

Our Cleaning process involves us removing your awning(s) from storage, open it up, soak it in a big tub, pressure wash it and let it dry overnight.  By your authorization, you give us permission to make an Inspection and make minor Repairs after we have Cleaned your awning(s) as we find appropriate up to one hour of work ($70.00). If the total cost of Repairs is more than one hour ($80.00) we will contact you for further authorization before we begin. We also offer water-repellent services at an additional charge, which can elongate the life of your awning fabric and stop/prevent minor leaks.
