We are happy to announce that our Pittsburgh location is able to resume operations as Governor Tom Wolf has moved our region from the red phase to the yellow phase. While the phase has changed, our safety practices will remain the same as we move from red to yellow. We will continue to follow strict CDC guidelines for cleaning and operations for the safety of our employees while in our facility and on site at our customers properties. We will be offering drive-by or virtual estimates for new projects to further ensure everyone's safety.
Our Bensalem location is still operating under the written exemption from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to allow us to continue operations for Spring awning put-up. Put-up requires no physical contact with our customers, and our installers remain outside of customer property. In support of this, we ask that our customers not engage in any direct physical contact with our employees during this time, and to the extent communication is necessary, maintain a minimum safe distance of at least 15 feet from our employees and the put up operations.
As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to open doors, sunny skies and relaxing with friends under your Laurel Awning. We will continue to keep you updated as the situation changes for each location.
